You bring existing CXO relationships with key buyers and decision makers.This position will ensure business growth by directing and managing business development activities in accordance with the organisation strategy. As a senior member of the BPS team, you will identify, assess, and negotiate new business opportunities that are in line with Wipro’s overall strategic growth objectives. ͏ Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Develop a winning and scalable sales strategy that generates revenue and achieves assigned goals · Directly source deals and manage the sales lifecycle through close · Drive a complete sales and pursuit strategy that represents a breadth of services (F&A, HR, SCM, CX, KS, GBS Shared services, Automation, etc.) · Develop and execute business plans to include prospecting, responding to inbound leads, shaping deals, solutioning, pricing, negotiating, finalising sales contracts, closing deals, and managing customer relations · Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations · Deliver the required business outcomes to our customers while protecting the interests of the executives' team and Wipro’s stakeholders · Be a key member of the Wipro’s Global Business Line BPS and contribute to shaping the company’s overall strategy · Meet and exceed forecasted order book targets Candidate will be responsible for creating demand for and successfully selling BPS to Fortune 1000 companies. The successful candidate will have a successful track record: · Shaping and winning large multi-million dollar opportunities · Prospecting at the C-level and senior executive decision maker levels demonstrating a clear understanding of their business, organisation, culture, and compelling reasons to act · Managing large, complex customer relationships · Participating in and/or leading complex proposal solutioning and business value proposition development efforts · Negotiating long-term contracts ͏ Experience /Competencies/Qualifications · 15+ years of experience in a sales role selling BPO Services (F&A, HR, SCM, CX, KS, GBS Shared services, Automation) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets · A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers · Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions and pursuit cycle · Ability to write and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and document activities · Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives · Strong leadership skills and an ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and inspire them to deliver above and beyond · Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities · Ability to travel 35% travel · Bachelor’s Degree Expected annual pay for this role ranges from$150,000.00 to$210,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
