Your Impact
Act as a liaison between internal AI developers and operational teams to uncover opportunities for automation and data optimization Translate operational needs into scalable, automated solutions Integrate systems and data sources to power AI-driven tools Enable faster, smarter decisions through structured data and seamless workflows
In This Role You Will
Design and implement integrations between systems like Salesforce, Appfolio, Podio, Buildertrend, and Sage using APIs, middleware, and custom code Collaborate with AI engineers to structure data pipelines supporting LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, clean, transform, and unify data across departments Design scalable data models and support internal analytics dashboards and AI agent deployment Manage APIs, including authentication flows, rate limits, and webhook configurations Develop internal documentation and integration playbooks to support long-term system maintainability Own the delivery of AI-powered internal tools—from prototype through full deployment
Requirements
3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or system integration Proven ability to build and manage data pipelines with structured formats like JSON, CSV, and SQL Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airbyte, n8n, Prefect, or MuleSoft Deep understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON schemas, and webhooks Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Appfolio, Podio, or Sage Comfortable with Git, CI/CD practices, and working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
Background in private lending, construction, property management, or real estate operations Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL) Familiarity with AI/ML workflows such as embeddings, vector stores, and LLM orchestration Understanding of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), semantic search, or chatbot frameworks Experience building internal dashboards or admin tools for operational teams
