The Principal/Senior Trading Data Analyst will analyze product teams, develop sustainable analysis systems, and optimize user experience across various modules. Responsibilities: Analyze OEX product modules such as buy/sell/convert, homepage, discover, and trading. Develop sustainable analysis systems and produce analytical reports with strong business or product sense. Design experiments to measure uplift and optimize user experience. Monitor product performance, identify issues, and collaborate with teams to resolve them. Improve data analysis tools, automate reporting, alarms, and dashboards to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. Support teams across different time zones. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or relevant fields. Experience in crypto trading is required. At least 8 years in Data/Market/Industry/Business Analysis. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools. Ability to work independently on data analysis and reporting. Fluent in English; Mandarin skills preferred for stakeholder communication. Preferred: Experience in blockchain industry and exchanges. Experience in growth departments within internet companies.
