Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent DESCRIPTION : As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the President, you will: Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk. Ensure procurement and proposal development activities stay on schedule. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners. Coordinate efforts among all project parties, including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor and report on construction progress regularly and hold status meetings with clients and/or consultants. Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Assist with post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control. Participate in production tracking and post-job analysis. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or similar field. 15+ years of experience in Drilled Shaft installation. At least 2 years of work experience or completion of two projects over waterways via barges or trestles. 5+ years of experience as the responsible project manager. 5+ years of experience as the responsible estimator. Experience in constructing CIDH piles, retaining walls, shoring, and tiebacks. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Join us to build extraordinary projects with exceptional talent.
