We Are Committed To Providing You With Excellent compensation package with an annual range of 134k-149k Operational incentive plan eligibility Comprehensive benefits for eligible employees & family 401K matching program Discounts at Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family Responsibilities Act as the “Chief Business Officer” to the general manager and executive committee, evaluating financial impacts on business decisions. Notify management promptly of financial deviations or control weaknesses. Manage and communicate cash flow issues, including preparing cash-flow statements, managing receivables, cash balances, and deposits. Monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring accurate recording and analyzing variances to budget or prior year, offering improvement strategies. Assist in capital planning, including ROI calculations, bid process support, and scope evaluation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory licenses, permits, leases, contracts, and taxes, assisting management as needed. Coordinate forecasts and budgets with active participation from the executive team and managers. Analyze financial data to advise management on maintaining financial objectives. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements timely. Establish and audit internal controls over purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, inventory, assets, payroll, and records. Hire and develop professional staff, maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future leadership roles. Minimum Requirements At least 8 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting or related fields; or a 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years of experience; or a 2-year degree with 6+ years of experience.
