Overview The Director of Multicultural Investment is a leader who promotes inclusive media buying practices, develops impactful media plans, and navigates the diverse-owned media landscape to drive business growth. You’ll leverage cultural experiences, industry relationships, and media skills to innovate while balancing client, agency, and team needs. Building relationships and ensuring effective investment allocations are key. Responsibilities Guide clients and teams in reaching diverse consumers through inclusive media initiatives. Develop strategies for investment across digital, social, print, OOH, content, and emerging channels. Use multicultural and marketplace knowledge to deliver high-value media opportunities. Build and maintain partnerships within the multicultural media space. Contribute tactical expertise in executing multicultural strategies, partnerships, stewardship, and analytics. Identify key roles for diverse consumers and media partners. Collaborate with investment teams to implement strategies. Prepare client-facing presentations and recommendations. Stay current on industry trends, cultural movements, and technology. Qualifications 8+ years in culture-first media buying and planning, focusing on Hispanic/Latino, African American/Black, Pacific-Islander, LGBTQ+ audiences. Strong digital background with DSPs, DMPs, Mobile, OLV, etc. Understanding of digital planning tools like ComScore, PRISMA, Doubleclick. Experience presenting plans to senior clients. Ability to innovate and incorporate industry developments into planning. Curiosity and passion for client’s business and industry trends. Strong relationships with diverse media partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to translate data into business solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kantar, IMS, R/F, social tools, Prisma, GWI. Additional Information Our motto “Viva La Différence” celebrates diversity and inclusion.
