Senior Data Product Manager
to lead our
Telemetry & Streaming
efforts—focusing on real-time data collection, processing, and activation across our ecosystem. This role involves delivering robust, scalable data flows supporting Business and Operational Intelligence, Personalization, Targeting, and Platform Safety. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to craft data collection, movement, and utilization strategies. What You’ll Do
Define the Strategy:
Own the product direction for SIE’s telemetry and streaming data infrastructure, ensuring reliable, real-time data pipelines. Lead Execution:
Translate vision into plans and partner with engineering to build resilient, scalable data systems. Champion Standards:
Promote consistent data instrumentation and collection practices across SIE. Enable Real-Time Value:
Facilitate internal teams’ access to real-time data for analytics and AI experiences. Partner Widely:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data needs and infrastructure support. Challenge Assumptions:
Continuously seek improvements in performance, latency, data trust, and simplicity. What We’re Looking For
Experience leading platform or infrastructure data products, especially in streaming, telemetry, or observability. Comfort working with engineers on event-driven architectures, Kafka, Spark, or real-time pipelines—proficiency in the language, not necessarily coding. Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical roadmaps with business goals. Proven track record of shipping infrastructure products in complex environments. Excellent communication skills to distill complex concepts and build cross-team alignment. Passion for building reliable, usable platforms for internal teams. Why This Role?
