Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and process high volume of Accounts Receivable work.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients and affiliates
Process and record customer payments (Oracle & Excel)
Crews Payroll
Follow up on overdue accounts via calls, emails
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and update customer details.
Assist in month-end closing and generate Accounts Receivable aging reports.
Collaborate and follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Prior experience in handling high-volume payroll processing would be advantageous Proficient in Excel Meticulous, independent, team player Oracle knowledge good to have but not a must Able to in fast pace environment and meet deadlines Chan Chee Meng EA 07C3069 R1110620
