9/80 work schedule, working 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off Responsibilities:
Perform technical security control assessments and baseline validations to identify vulnerabilities. Lead activities of Information System Security Officers (ISSOs). Support activities at Coleman's Space Coast Integration and Test Facility at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (25% of the time). Essential Functions:
Develop and conduct risk assessments per NIST 800 series guidelines. Oversee RMF package artifacts such as SSP, SCTM, POA&M, and ConMon Plan. Analyze and administer security controls for information systems. Manage configuration changes, audit data review, and system administration (Linux/Windows). Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct cybersecurity training and develop policies compliant with DoD standards. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of cybersecurity or cyber intelligence experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree. Graduate Degree requires at least 4 years of experience. Preferred Skills:
Experience with RMF, DIACAP, NISPOM, ISSO/ISSM roles, and DoD 8570.1 certifications. Knowledge of NIST 800-53, system hardening tools, Cisco networking, and security assessment tools.
