The Business Control & Risk Management VP operates within the First Line of Defense, supporting effective business line execution against the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The role involves championing risk management practices, advising on risk initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to embed risk controls. Lead scenario analysis exercises with business units and CIB BCOs. Oversee the Material Risk Identification and Assessment (MRIA) program. Develop and enhance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and monitor thresholds. Produce risk reports and synthesize risk themes for governance committees. Ensure risks are identified, assessed, and managed within risk appetite. Maintain ERM documentation and lead program reviews. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (required), Master's Degree (preferred), 9+ years in risk management or related fields, 5+ years in business units. Demonstrated experience in risk projects, knowledge of financial services, regulatory environment, and internal controls. Certifications in risk management are a plus. Location:
