The Senior Thermal Engineer will be responsible for mechanical and thermal development of automated semiconductor test equipment. Responsibilities Design and develop advanced thermal test solutions for semiconductor devices Lead mechanical R&D projects from concept to completion Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams Work directly with customers and channel partners to ensure successful product deployment Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Demonstrated experience with thermal dynamics, thermal analysis, or thermal engineering 10+ years of mechanical design experience Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
