Family Law Attorney (Washington State Remote)
Location:
Remote within Washington state (in-person meetings optional if requested by the client Work Schedule:
Full-time, remote (but
must be available for onsite client meetings ) We are seeking an experienced
Family Law Attorney
licensed in Washington State to join a collaborative, tech-forward law firm. This is a
primarily remote
position with flexibility to meet clients in person if preferred. Youll handle a variety of family law mattersfrom divorce and custody to support and post-decree modificationswhile benefiting from a supportive team and streamlined systems. Responsibilities
: Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting plans, child/spousal support, and asset division Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and court documents Negotiate with opposing counsel and appear in hearings or mediations Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and court staff Manage case deadlines, filings, and documentation independently Collaborate with internal legal and support staff as needed Qualifications
: 4+ years of family law experience required Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full caseload autonomously Commitment to compassionate and effective client representation Benefits Include
