Brief of the role
As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for the functional design of manpower planning processes. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the solutions developed align with business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
Lead the functional design of manpower planning processes.
Manage stakeholder relationships to gather requirements and provide updates.
Ensure a thorough understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Analyze and document current processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to users on new processes and tools.

Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to understand and document business processes.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
Prior experience with manpower planning or workforce management processes.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Certification in financial planning or project management.
Experience with financial software tools and systems.
Knowledge of industry best practices in manpower planning.
