TETER is seeking a talented and motivated
Design Professional
to join our collaborative architecture team. Whether you're just launching your career or building on a few years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and work alongside a team that values mentorship and design excellence. Note:
Candidates will be considered for the Design Professional level that best aligns with their qualifications and experience. Placement may be at the Design Professional I, II, or Senior Design Professional level. What You'll Do As a Design Professional at TETER, you'll support architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation. You will: Draft and develop architectural drawings using REVIT and BIM Assist with specifications, submittals, and project coordination Participate in field verification and data collection Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality Communicate proactively and take ownership of your work What You Bring We're considering candidates at multiple levels, so whether you're just starting out or have a few years of experience, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have: A bachelor's degree in architecture, construction, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in a professional design firm Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office A desire to pursue California Architect licensure (AXP enrollment preferred) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Familiarity with construction documents and architectural principles Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
