Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Senior UI Designer for their Atlanta, GA / Raleigh NC / Charlotte NC / Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry-leading experiences for our clients, teammates, and the business. Participate in design-driven programs to define insights, create solutions, and advocate for client needs. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments. Requirements:
Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push boundaries. 2+ years of experience in the field. Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making. Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards. Excellent time and issue management skills. Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas. Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback. Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners, and technical teams. Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile.
