We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong focus in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
This role will support improvements in access management, emphasizing secure end-user access with minimal friction.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting federation and multi-factor authentication (MFA) programs, particularly using Ping Identity technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support IAM solutions, including SSO and MFA technologies such as PingFederate, PingID, and PingOne MFA.
Design and deploy adaptive authentication strategies using risk-based engines.
Identify and recommend technical and process improvements for MFA and SSO.
Provide user support and resources to resolve access-related issues.
Communicate technical requirements and solutions effectively to engineering teams.
Monitor industry trends in MFA and integrate relevant strategies into internal roadmap discussions.
Apply cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) to IAM practices.
Proactively identify and assess risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
Track and escalate program risks, issues, and scope changes appropriately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cybersecurity initiatives and risk management.
Operate within an Agile framework to support iterative development and deployment.
Stay current with evolving threats, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity.
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in Identity and Access Management. Hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingID, PingOne MFA. Experience implementing adaptive authentication using risk-based engines. Strong understanding of MFA and SSO technologies and processes. Ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide effective support. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Ability to work within Agile methodologies. Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
