We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer to own our IAM strategy and strengthen our Microsoft 365 environment. This role offers an opportunity to lead, improve processes, and work across teams to enhance system security and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day IAM operations and develop long-term strategies for Microsoft 365 governance.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure compliance and efficiency aligned with a cloud-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Conditional Access policies and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) in Entra ID for secure, role-based access.
Lead access review campaigns to verify user permissions and compliance.
Oversee lifecycle governance for user and group accounts, ensuring secure access during employment changes.
Support identity provisioning and synchronization to maintain accurate user data.
Improve IAM processes and maintain documentation.
Manage guest user lifecycle for external collaboration.
Governance & Compliance:
Define and maintain policies for Microsoft 365 Groups.
Oversee configuration and compliance of Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Align identity strategies with Microsoft 365 services for secure collaboration.
Operational Oversight:
Conduct health checks and performance reviews of identity systems.
Monitor dashboards, report issues, and identify trends.
Own application onboarding in Entra ID, ensuring secure integration.
Collaborations & Strategic Initiatives:
Work with Okta and SailPoint experts to optimize identity processes.
Implement Microsoft E5 security features and support Microsoft Copilot rollout.
Advance cloud-first identity strategies aligned with modern cloud principles.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience managing IAM and Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM.
Familiarity with identity lifecycle, compliance, and governance.
Experience with Okta, SailPoint, and Microsoft security tools.
Collaborative and proactive problem-solving skills.
