Seeking PRN Acute NP or PA for Neurosurgery - Mercy Health Springfield, OH Mercy Health in Springfield, OH is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to support neurosurgery at Springfield Regional Medical Center and Mercy Health Springfield Neurosurgery. This role involves providing high-quality care across inpatient, outpatient, and operating room settings. The APC will assist with call coverage, including weekend rounding and acute treatment oversight (ATO) in a 1:4 evening and weekend call rotation.

We consider Acute Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

The region offers a low cost of living, minimal traffic, excellent schools, and proximity to urban hubs like Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati.

Average patient load: 15-20 patients/day Adult & Geriatric care This is a PRN opportunity with clinic support during office hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm) Support physician with inpatient and outpatient surgery rounding Willingness to become a first assist in the OR or support as a first assist Experience with BrainLab and Loopx Technology
