Position Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team as a Remarketing Auction Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles complete all required auction preparation phases and are ready for sale. You will work closely with auction personnel, Remarketing team members, and internal departments to coordinate and streamline processes. Ensure vehicles are scheduled for auction only after the expiration of the legally mandated sale date, in full compliance with regulatory and company policies. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure holds are promptly removed, titles are correctly delivered to and received by the auction, and vehicles are thoroughly prepared for sale. Monitor inventory from auction assignment through sale, ensuring efficient turnaround and accurate reporting. Provide auction performance feedback to Auction Specialists based on internal auction standards. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive recovery performance and operational efficiency. Protect interest of the company by ensuring the auctions’ actions are in compliance regarding organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures, and state and federal laws to ensure performance standards are achieved and maintained. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience: One (1) year minimum of experience in vehicle remarketing, auction management, or a similar role within the automotive industry. Education: High school diploma, or/GED required Skills Required: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and auction platforms. Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and effectively while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Effective at analyzing information/situations, apply common sense understanding, and identify alternative solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of market and competition. Display a teamwork spirit in a growing team and organization. Overtime required

Dallas, TX Qualifications Preferred: Bachelors, or four (4) year college degree is preferred. Understanding of Remarketing principles and practices is a plus! Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
