In support of the Amazon Advertising business, the Ad Success Team (AST) is building a group of highly motivated Campaign Specialists. As a Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification and account optimization. Additionally, a Campaign Specialist will have the opportunity to test internal tools, gather & share insights with internal product and engineering teams. To succeed in this role, you will use your analytical skills to help advertisers grow their existing business and develop new opportunities. You will carry business goals and will be measured on key metrics aligned with sales and account management team objectives. You need to be technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, good at data analysis, well-organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivation is essential to engage with advertisers via calls to explain optimization recommendations and resolution paths. The ideal candidate is committed to the success of our advertising customers and has a proven track record of exceeding goals. Core Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts – Standard and High-Value advertisers Lead kickoff calls with advertisers and facilitate discussions using a preset agenda Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions Identify opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising products based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps Collaborate with external teams, such as Sales & Marketing and Product teams, to resolve issues impacting advertiser performance Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline Over 2 years of work experience in sales/marketing Experience managing global clients and owning their performance goals Superior English and Japanese verbal and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Digital Advertising or related fields Experience in e-commerce or retail industry Passion for online advertising with a proven results track record Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in data analysis through professional or educational background Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification is a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
