About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic
Manager of Marketing Analytics
to lead our
channel-specific measurement and insights team
. This role will be instrumental in optimizing marketing performance across individual channels — including paid social, paid search, television, radio, and emerging platforms. Unlike roles focused on cross-channel analytics, this position dives deep into the
distinct performance dynamics of each acquisition channel
, helping us better understand, measure, and optimize within-channel outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in B2C marketing analytics, with proven experience managing people and applying analytical rigor to both
digital
and

. You’ll be empowered to build measurement frameworks, improve reporting granularity (especially in areas like TV), and partner with media, creative, and growth stakeholders to turn insights into impact. Key Responsibilities Hire and mentor a team of high performing analysts and senior analysts
Prioritize analysis work for maximal impact on stakeholder decision making and key business metrics
Develop and maintain channel-level KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR) by campaign, ad set, keyword, and more
Identify and address performance blind spots — e.g., implement spike analysis tools for TV and improve granular tracking (promo codes, geo-targeting, etc.).
Provide actionable insights to media planners and buyers on how to allocate spend for optimal channel ROI
Identify top-performing creatives and messaging variants within each channel
Collaborate with the acquisition team to integrate AI-driven creative analysis into planning and testing
Evaluate landing page performance, drop-off rates, and channel-specific conversion bottlenecks
Validate or challenge platform attribution data using internal models; contribute to channel-level incrementality frameworks
Deliver demographic and behavioral insights to inform audience targeting strategies within each channel
Partner closely with marketing leads to tweak targeting, creative, and budget allocation weekly and daily to drive efficiency and scale
What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, ideally in a
B2C online business
(e.g., gaming, e-commerce, streaming, fintech)
1+ years of
people management
experience with a track record of mentoring high-performing analysts
Expertise in
channel-specific marketing analytics
, including
paid digital channels
(search, social, display) and ideally
offline media
(TV, radio, OTT)
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution methodologies; experience with both
platform attribution
and
incrementality testing
is a plus
Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), SQL, and possibly Python or R for deeper analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Long-term vision for how to leverage automation and AI for improved efficiency and business performance
Nice to Have Experience working in highly regulated industries or performance-driven businesses like sports betting, financial services, or healthcare.
Prior work developing or implementing measurement frameworks for offline media (e.g., spike analysis, MMM-lite, or promo code inference models).
What’s in it for you? We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include: Competitive pay and benefits
Flexible vacation allowance
Flexible work from home hours
Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand
Opportunity to help shape the future strategy of the Sportsbook & Casino
