Principal Enterprise Applications SAP SD/OTC Consultant - Principal - Enterprise Applications Infosys is seeking a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP SD/OTC Consultant: As a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and playing a key role in development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide project teams, contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, while helping to define project scope. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients globally. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; consideration for three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of formal education. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Location: Irving, TX; travel and/or relocation may be required. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 11 years of experience in configuration, solution evaluation, validation, development, and deployment. At least 4 years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP OTC and integration with other process areas. Two to three end-to-end implementation projects, with at least one as Solution Architect, preferably at the client location. Minimum 6 years in Business Process Consulting, including problem definition and process architecture/design. Experience in business process design and documentation for SAP OTC, including sales order processing, delivery, and invoicing. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop appropriate system solutions; document customer requirements clearly. Experience mapping client business processes and customizing SAP OTC modules to meet business needs. Proactive approach to project execution, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams. Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members. Experience designing functional specifications, configuring SAP OTC, and supporting end-to-end implementations. Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional system integration. Development and delivery of training materials for end-users and stakeholders. Support in project planning, timelines, and deliverables related to SAP SD tasks. The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods and effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
