Responsibilities and Requirements: The Automation Engineer must have demonstrated excellent technical skills in prior roles and have a proven ability to interact directly with multiple technical teams across geographies. The candidate should be comfortable operating within a team environment of ambiguity and changing requirements; a track record of dealing with others in a direct and productive manner with unquestionable integrity is expected. Passion for innovation and quality is a must. Implement tools and frameworks for automating testing of Win8 Driver and component integration tests within an agile project team, including automation of test content, metrics, logs, and notifications. Familiarity with modern PC architecture, Intel CPU/chipset, and system setup and tear-downs. Rich experience in Windows validation. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience delivering automation solutions for complex software systems or components beyond UI automation. Proven development skills in PowerShell, C++, Python, and C#, with experience in advanced test script development. Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation. Excellent attention to detail and commitment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor of Science degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
