Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible in your community and around the world. We are looking for candidates to fill positions in Chattanooga, TN, and Knoxville, TN. In the role of Real Estate Services Agent II, you'll be responsible for: Providing pre-negotiation project, parcel, property owner and occupant due diligence, negotiations for acquisition of rights and relocation of Displacees related to public or private projects. Coordinating right-of-way and utility issues for clients as assigned. Supporting real property projects through activities such as property assessments, risk analysis, rights acquisition, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination, and utility relocation/coordination. Performing other duties as needed. Required Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management. Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, handle large volumes of work, and coordinate closely with management; availability for travel. Understanding and compliance with federal, state, and industry laws, including FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, NEPA, FERC, and the Uniform Relocation Act regulations. Ability to work confidently with clients, property owners, and occupants. Ability to balance office and field work collaboratively and within deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project. Strong communication skills, basic negotiation and presentation skills, and flexibility to work varied hours. Effective communication and coordination with management. Preferred Qualifications AA degree or equivalent experience. Real estate license in good standing or as required by law. Familiarity with databases and GIS. Experience with plan reviews and acquisition compliant with the Uniform Act. Property management experience for a DOT or municipality.
