Requirements • 2+ years NICU CRT or RRT experience • MD license (IN HAND – required) • Certs: BLS, NRP, CRT (RRT preferred) • EMR: Meditech preferred • Every other weekend + rotating holidays
Skills You’ll Use • Ventilator & oxygen management (CPAP, BiPAP, SIMV, HFNC) • NICU respiratory support • Intubation assist, ABGs, EKGs • Aerosol meds & suctioning • High-risk delivery assistance • Apnea monitoring & HFJV
