Key Responsibilities
🔹
Inbound & Inventory Management:
Provide
pre-receiving reports
for inbound shipments before container arrival. Report
damaged goods
and communicate findings to customers. Set up
new inventory items
in the
WMS (Warehouse Management System). 🔹
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Process
daily order releases
and coordinate warehouse fulfillment. Manage
order routing
based on customer requirements. Close
orders same-day
and send
ASN/945 notifications
to customers. Generate
shipping labels, UCC 128 labels , and
BOLs (Bill of Lading)
as needed. 🔹
Customer Service & Billing:
Address
shipment, inventory, and invoicing inquiries
promptly. Prepare
customer invoicing
and process
vendor payments.
What We're Looking For

Experience in 3PL logistics
and
customer service. ✔ï, Knowledge of
domestic transportation. ✔ï, Strong
multi-tasking
and
problem-solving
skills. ✔ï, Experience with
billing & invoicing. ✔ï, Excellent
verbal and written communication
