JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record (link removed)> Active Bar Admission
in
New York , in good standing.
28 years
of substantive experience in
leveraged finance , preferably
leveraged loans
and
acquisition financings (link removed)> Associates with related finance experience will also be considered.
Experience
representing financial institutions
and
private equity sponsors
in complex financing transactions.
Demonstrated excellence in
drafting ,
negotiation , and
deal management (link removed)> Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; sound business judgment; attention to detail; and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on
leveraged loans ,
acquisition financings , and general
leveraged finance structures (link removed)> Draft, review, and negotiate
credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related documentation.
Provide counsel
on
structuring ,
regulatory , and
compliance
matters related to finance transactions.
Oversee transactions from structuring through closing , ensuring high-quality work product and responsiveness.
Collaborate across practice groups, including tax, restructuring, and M&A, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Contribute to business development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary :
$235,000
$435,000 ,determined by experience and class year.
