depositions
and/or

Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to draft persuasive and clear
pleadings ,
motions ,
briefs ,
mediation statements ,

Experience conducting
large-scale document reviews
and

Comfortable
communicating with opposing counsel
and working

Highly motivated, with the initiative to take on

Key Responsibilities:
Defend architects and engineers in professional liability claims and construction defects.
Manage multiple professional liability matters simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Draft and argue motions, attend depositions, and participate in trial preparation.
Work directly with clients, communicate with opposing counsel, and collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
Manage discovery, including document production and review.
Conduct large-scale document reviews and productions.
Build relationships with the firm's existing clients and develop new client relationships and business.
