As Assistant Director of Events, you will be directly responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, other hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. What will I be doing? In this role, you will manage complex events, focusing on maximizing revenue through upselling and enhancements. You will contribute to achieving superior business results by ensuring excellent guest service, team engagement, financial outcomes, strategic leadership, and talent development. Implement strategic initiatives, drive innovation in event delivery, partner with leadership to create impactful event experiences, maintain high service standards, and support sales efforts. Leadership:
Provide leadership in all event matters, serve as a subject matter expert, engage with teams and stakeholders, stay current on industry trends, and represent Hilton in professional associations. Culture:
Inspire diverse teams, embed Hilton’s values into initiatives, foster a customer-centric culture, and engage with team members meaningfully. Talent:
Motivate teams, support career development, address team needs, and manage conflicts effectively. Events Operations Excellence:
