Develop and execute funding, FX, and rates strategies that optimise the bank's balance sheet and support revenue growth. Provide actionable market insights and structural interest rate views to shape balance sheet positioning and ALCO discussions. Manage liquidity and regulatory ratios (LCR, NSFR), ensuring robust compliance and effective capital usage. Oversee short-term funding and interbank market activities across multiple currencies and tenors. Partner with Finance, Risk, and Business teams to deliver treasury solutions that enhance commercial outcomes. The Successful Applicant

At least 12 years of Treasury experience in a global or regional bank. Strong background in money markets, FX/rates trading, and liquidity risk management. Proven experience in balance sheet strategy, structural interest rate positioning, and regulatory ratio oversight. Track record of contributing to treasury income generation or funding cost optimisation. Strong stakeholder management skills, including ALCO participation and cross-functional collaboration.
