We are redefining how companies access, evaluate, and engage high-performing talent. As an embedded Senior Talent Partner, you will work from first principles to craft talent strategies, design hiring processes, and hire world-class talent for our US venture and growth clients.
Chapter 2 transforms our client’s recruiting motions into a decisive competitive advantage. The Role We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join a growing team at a Series B FinTech company with huge growth plans over the next year+. You’ll be working closely with senior managers and stakeholders, including directors, so the ability to engage and influence at a strategic level is key. This role is ideal for a proactive, delivery-focused Talent Partner who enjoys building relationships, working at pace, and making a real impact in a high-growth, tech forward business. This role will require someone to be onsite in NYC 2-3 days per week. You will Shape talent strategy to attract top-percentile talent across a variety of departments, increasing talent density at pace. Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns. Refine search to ensure deep talent pool penetration. Analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel. Drive high-velocity execution of recruitment work-streams. Engage, influence, and collaborate with leaders to increase talent density while reducing Time To Hire. Optimize the hiring process to create an exceptional candidate experience.
