SCM Functional Consultant

Job Title: SCM Functional Consultant – Demand/Supply Planning Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite) Job Description: · We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant with hands-on implementation experience in SCM Planning tools such as O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, JDA, or SAP IBP. · The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge in Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules and experience specifically in O9 or Kinaxis implementation projects. · SCM tool implementation. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of O9 or Kinaxis SCM planning modules. · Configure and customize modules such as Demand Planning and Supply Planning. · Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. · Collaborate with business users and technical teams to design and deliver effective SCM solutions. · Conduct user training, testing, and support during UAT and go-live. · Provide post-implementation support and enhancements. Must-Have Skills: · Experience in implementing either O9 or Kinaxis in Demand or Supply Planning modules. · Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. · Experience with similar planning tools such as Blue Yonder, JDA, or SAP IBP is a plus. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
