Job Summary

The BWH Workforce Development (WFD) SUCCESS Program is a paid employment program designed to give participants who have completed a pre-employment program and/or who come highly recommended by a community partner seeking an opportunity to obtain permanent employment with Mass General Brigham at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Qualifications

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform duties under moderate supervision with intermediate to advanced proficiency in the skills outlined on the relevant job description Attend to other duties (outside of job description) as requested Assist with special projects as directed Follow HIPAA guidelines for the management of patient privacy and confidentiality Follow hospital and department procedures, guidelines, and policies Adapt/respond to diverse situations and people appropriately

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required Must be 18-years old or older Must read, speak, and understand English Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and strong customer service skills
