Qualifications What you'll do as a General Manager... Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to increase pub sales. Lead by example to bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences. Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers. Maintain brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times. Note: Successful candidates will need to have or be able to acquire a personal license. What you'll bring... High standards and attention to detail in managing a successful pub. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for working with people. Business acumen, especially in P&L control. A passion for individuality, caring for others, and environmental responsibility. Previous experience at the General Manager level is preferred, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced sectors, with the right attitude being essential. A desire to learn and thrive on new challenges.
