Senior Cost Manager

The Opportunity
Role
In this role you will:
Coordinate overall tasks and activities with partner teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution Manage and maintain project status reports, focusing on cost control and schedule adherenc e Create and process purchase orders, and handle invoicing in accordance with project and financial requirements Coordinate, track, and follow through on change orders, ensuring proper documentation and implementation Monitor and ensure compliance with all commercial obligations outlined in the project contract Report key schedule milestones to the Leased Asset Management (LAM) team and other cross-functional stakeholders for visibility and alignment

Have experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background Have experience in pre - contract cost management while be ing experienced in budget control, cost planning, prepar ing and initiat ing change forms for discussion with other project stakeholders wh ile be ing knowledgeable on alternative construction material s Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
The salary range for this role is between $108,000 and $145,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
