Role Overview We are seeking an experienced UAT Manager to oversee end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities, particularly with Salesforce platforms. The role involves managing test processes, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality deliverables align with business requirements. Responsibilities
Facilitate successful release of system enhancements / new functionalities from development to production Create release processes and documentation to minimize customer impact during changes Manage UAT activities including test planning, execution, and reporting Lead cross-functional teams supporting release projects and post-release reviews Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand and review requirements Develop test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and reports Maintain UAT test data and metrics, including SLAs and KPIs Validate user expectations and document risks Coordinate smoke testing, environment planning, and master data review Facilitate issue triage and resolution with IS&T and business partners Share UAT best practices and lessons learned to improve processes Qualifications
8+ years managing UAT in complex, integrated projects Experience with sales and sales operations processes (preferred) Knowledge of Release and Change Management processes, especially Agile/Scrum, Waterfall Hands-on Salesforce platform experience (preferred) Understanding of test automation frameworks Strong project management skills and communication abilities Experience working with international teams and in ambiguous environments Additional Details
