Field Marketing Manager
to join our Marketing team. This role involves planning, implementing, and executing integrated demand programs across multiple channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has experience marketing B2B SaaS software, with a strong background in campaign development and execution supporting pipeline generation. This position reports to the Director, Field Marketing. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing initiatives collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to generate demand. Manage multi-channel marketing programs including email, content, social media, webinars, and events. Analyze campaign performance for optimization and refine marketing strategies accordingly. Manage budget and resources efficiently to meet business goals. Work closely with Sales to optimize account targeting, lead follow-up, and enablement. Monitor and communicate program performance, adjusting strategies to close pipeline gaps. Job Designation Hybrid: Work partly in-office and remotely, with a minimum of 2 days/week in-office. What you bring 5+ years in demand and customer engagement programs for tech or software companies. Preferred Strong analytical skills with reporting and campaign optimization experience. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration skills. Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Folloze, and digital demand channels.
