Director of Building Envelope
to launch and lead our new Boston office. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a technically skilled and business-savvy professional to shape the firm's presence in the Northeast market. Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the Boston office, including hiring, mentoring, and managing a local team. Conduct forensic investigations, condition assessments, and design of repair and rehabilitation solutions. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Drive business development initiatives, including client acquisition, proposal writing, and strategic growth planning. Represent the firm at industry events and within professional networks. Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience
in building envelope consulting or related fields. Bachelor's degree
in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline required;
Master's preferred . Registered Architect (RA)
or
Professional Engineer (PE)
license is
required . Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
Microsoft Excel . Exceptional attention to detail with strong
written and verbal communication skills . Demonstrated
business development
