We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.
This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective risk mitigation, change governance, and resolution management.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
Lead and oversee the successful delivery of three concurrent projects.
Ensure alignment with overall program goals, timelines, and budgets.
Risk and Change Governance
Implement and manage an integrated risk and change control framework.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues promptly.
Maintain clear documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Escalation and Resolution Management
Proactively identify roadblocks and manage escalations. Drive resolution by engaging appropriate stakeholders to minimize impact on deliverables. Leadership Communication
Develop and deliver clear, concise communications for senior leadership. Keep leadership informed of key risks, decisions, and progress. Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and executives. Balance competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations. Program Management Standards
Apply best-in-class methodologies, tools, and templates. Drive consistency and quality across all projects. Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of project management experience. At least 3 years of experience managing large, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects. Strong background in risk management and change governance. Proven ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP ERP implementation and/or integration. Familiarity with labeling tools or processes. Background in consulting or supporting multiple client engagements.
