About The Role
We are expanding our Client Solutions team to support and grow our SMB and Mid-Market customer segments, which are our fastest-growing revenue streams. We are hiring for various roles, from individual contributors to team managers, to scale this key function.
At Alloy, customer success is our top priority. We believe that the success of our clients and their teams reflects directly on our product's performance and our potential. The Client Solutions team leads this effort.
As a team member, you will manage a portfolio of 15–30 SMB/MM accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, broad adoption of Alloy, renewals, and growth. Your clients will range from large corporations to fast-growing DTC brands, and you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from users to VP and C-level executives.
You will also play a crucial role in scaling our Client Solutions practice. This involves leveraging user data, developing repeatable training and playbooks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. Your interactions with customers will inform Alloy’s product development, value proposition, and market positioning.
