Location: Town Department: Marketing/Recruitment Reports To: Director ______________ Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our insurance agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and informative content that promotes our insurance services, supports recruitment efforts, and builds trust with potential clients. This role will work closely with insurance agents to create content aligned with their sales and branding goals. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Content Strategy & Development o Plan, develop, and execute content calendars in coordination with agency campaigns. o Create digital content tailored to various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). o Develop recruitment-focused content to attract potential insurance agents. • Content Creation o Write informative blog posts, social media captions, emails, and video scripts. o Shoot and edit short-form videos for social media (e.g., agent testimonials, client education, success stories). o Design graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. • Digital Engagement o Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content to improve reach and lead generation. o Collaborate with insurance agents to gather content ideas and success stories. o Repurpose content into multiple formats (e.g., reels, infographics, carousels). • Brand Voice & Compliance o Ensure all content aligns with the agency’s tone, values, and compliance requirements. o Stay updated with trends in insurance, finance, and social media content marketing. ______________ Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. • Proven experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. • Basic video editing and graphic design skills. • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with insurance agents. • Familiarity with insurance or financial services industry is a plus. • Be good in videography too ______________ Preferred Skills: • Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro • Knowledge of social media ad campaigns (Facebook/Meta, TikTok) • SEO and blog optimization understanding • Bilingual/multilingual communication ability (depending on region) ______________ Benefits: • Flexible work arrangements • Performance bonuses or commissions based on lead generation • Exposure to the financial services and insurance sector • Training in insurance marketing and compliance Affluence wealth advisory is a leading team in the financial industry. $3k to $4k
