Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications & Business Process, the Sr. Enterprise Applications Engineer is responsible for maintaining the firm’s desktop software, server systems, and business solutions. The role demands a commitment to providing superior service to attorneys, advisors, and staff, fostering teamwork, and continuous improvement, aligned with the Firm’s Core Values. What You'll Do:

Responsible for regression testing, scripting, operational tracking, and issue resolution of mission-critical applications. Design, implement, integrate, deploy, and support new COTS desktop and server business applications. Ensure successful testing, deployment, and transition to production environments. Manage full lifecycle of complex server application projects across departments. Prepare engineering specifications and documentation. Communicate status and key information effectively to management and internal clients. Serve as 3rd level escalation help desk support for assigned software services. Act as System Engineer for desktop and server applications, coordinating with Desktop Engineers. Maintain industry best practices using structured SDLC methodologies. Who You Are:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant experience. Experience with iManage or similar document management systems and Intapp suite is a plus. Technical expertise in Microsoft OS, Windows configuration, network analysis, software configuration, SQL databases, and legal COTS applications. The salary range varies by location and experience, e.g., Boston: $115,800 - $173,700; Los Angeles: $121,600 - $182,400; New York: $121,600 - $182,400, etc.
