As

Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Consuela , you’ll own the strategy, execution, and

P&L Performance

of our digital business across e-commerce, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and digital experience. This is a senior marketing leadership role responsible for delivering paced growth through creative storytelling, data-driven optimization, and a highly engaged team. Make Today Ridiculously Awesome. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy, Revenue Ownership & P&L Accountability

Lead and optimize Consuela’s owned, earned and paid digital channels with full

ownership of the digital marketing P&L all through the lens of Consuela’s brand ethos. Manage the

media budget and customer acquisition costs

across all paid platforms (search, social, display, influencer, influencer, affiliate)

Align digital strategy with topline business goals, ensuring return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion KPIs are met or exceeded Collaborate with Consuela’s President on the above activities.

E-Commerce & Site Performance

Drive growth for

ConsuelaStyle.com , optimizing conversion rate, AOV, and customer journey Partner with creative and merchandising teams to ensure a seamless brand and product experience across the site in terms of UX, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization. Oversee CRO testing roadmap, user behavior insights, and platform improvements (Shopify) Quarterly reporting of trends and performance against company goals and recommended strategy changes based on results

Lifecycle & CRM Marketing

Develop and execute full-hourglass funnel strategies across email, SMS, and owned marketing channels Implement behavior-based lifecycle programs (welcome, cart recovery, loyalty, reactivation) with segmentation and personalization at scale Ensure compliance with evolving privacy regulations, deliverability, and accessibility standards Team Leadership & Creative Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of digital marketers and e-commerce professionals Foster a culture of

innovative thinking and creative problem solving,

accountability, and learning Partner closely with the Creative Director, internal creative team and external creative/production partners to

develop campaigns and content that are both performance-driven and rooted in Consuela’s brand ethos. Serve as a cross-functional connector—aligning Marketing, Creative, Product, and Sales around shared growth objectives

Analytics, Forecasting & Optimization

Own digital reporting frameworks and dashboards—tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and CVR Use GA4, attribution tools, and customer data to inform strategy and resource allocation Lead quarterly and annual digital forecasting and scenario planning tied to growth objectives About Consuela

Core Qualifications

8–12 years of experience leading digital marketing or e-commerce for consumer brands (fashion/lifestyle and omnichannel experience preferred) Demonstrated ownership of digital revenue and P&L, including budgeting and media planning. Deep technical fluency in Shopify, Klaviyo (or equivalent ESP), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and attribution tools. Strong grasp of growth mechanics, testing frameworks, and customer lifecycle optimization. A performance-focused mindset balanced with strong brand building and storytelling instincts.
