The Senior ERP Application Analyst applies principles, theories, and concepts related to Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, nurse scheduling, and IS business processes and ERP systems to provide solutions to complex problems. The role may involve leading medium-sized projects and work teams, analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems, modifying procedures to process data, and solving problems. Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure project success, mentoring support staff, and working with users to determine system requirements.

Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or Commerce; or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
At least 5 years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as UKG, Premier, Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion), PeopleSoft, Workday, Kronos, or large nurse scheduling applications.
2 years of demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects, including system deployment, support, and lifecycle management, with experience in process improvement, change management, and operational improvements in complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Human Capital Management (HCM).
Two years of subject matter expertise with UKG Productivity is highly desired.
Two years of experience with large-scale business transformation and productivity system implementations across multiple regions or business process areas.
