We are seeking a talented Information Security Analyst to take the lead on designing, automating, and supporting our advanced infrastructure platforms.
If you are experienced working with IBM AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server across on-prem and colocation setups, this role is for you. You will be diving into automation, integration, and continuous improvement all within a SAFe framework using SRE practices to support both strategic initiatives and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical planning, build, and deployment of infrastructure solutions to meet enterprise IT needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to streamline infrastructure provisioning and accelerate build cycles.
- Deliver solutions using standardized architectures, ensuring policy, security, and operational compliance.
- Leverage ServiceNow and automation tools for workflow, change management, and support.
- Implement automated deployment and configuration for hybrid infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Maintain detailed build documentation, including diagrams and cutover plans.
- Engage in Agile PI planning to drive standardization and automation.
- Develop scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Must be a US citizen or a Green card holder.
- Proven expertise in deploying and supporting customer workloads across on-premises, private cloud, and colocation data center environments.
- Strong knowledge of core networking concepts, including IP addressing, VIPs, load balancing LTM flows, network segmentation, and Cisco ACI, with practical understanding of zero trust architecture and micro-segmentation.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies such as VMware virtualization, GPFS for data redundancy and high availability, and storage systems utilizing LUNs.
- Proficient in infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
- Demonstrate ability to apply Agile methodologies and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance infrastructure delivery, system performance, and reliability.
