Bench General Manager
Target Annual Base Pay: $62,000–$74,000 (DOE)
Hourly Equivalent: $22.00–$26.00/hour (Based on a 50-hour workweek: 40 regular / 10 overtime)*
Plus: Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

Luna Grill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bench General Manager to serve as a key leader across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll step in to lead and support restaurant operations wherever needed—ensuring seamless execution, mentoring future GMs, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

As a Bench GM, you are an adaptable, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help build the next generation of Luna Grill leaders.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day operations at assigned locations with professionalism and positivity

Support team hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development

Coach and develop high-performing teams and emerging leaders

Uphold Luna Grill’s service and food quality standards

Drive operational consistency and team accountability

Handle personnel decisions including promotions, terminations, and transfers (with appropriate approvals)

Fill in as acting GM when needed and mentor leadership teams across multiple stores

Listen to team member input and implement suggestions to enhance service and efficiency

Foster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team culture

LUN-A-TIC Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (strong FOH & BOH knowledge preferred)

Proven experience in a supervisory or multi-unit support role (3+ years strongly preferred)

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to food safety and cleanliness standards

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Must be flexible to travel between locations and serve where support is most needed
