Requirements & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership
• Experience in fast-casual and casual dining
• Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis
• Leadership in team development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to drive performance and efficiencies

Must Haves

• Support General Managers across multiple units
• Monitor and improve performance metrics
• Oversee daily operations to meet brand standards
• Recruit, coach, and retain leadership teams
• Create and implement SOPs and systems
• Partner with leadership on growth strategies
• Foster a culture of accountability and hospitality
