The Role

Our client is looking for multiple Machine Learning Engineers (at various levels) to support the development of real-time neural signal processing systems. You’ll work closely with hardware, neuroscience, and software teams to design and implement models that interface directly with the human brain.

You will ideally be based in New York or San Francisco but strong candidates can be considered for fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models for decoding neural signals from next-generation hardware
• Develop real-time inference pipelines with a focus on accuracy and latency
• Work cross-functionally with hardware and clinical teams to validate model performance
• Help shape the future of brain-interfacing technology

What We’re Looking For

• Strong ML engineering experience with a focus on real-world deployment
• Prior experience working with or building hardware-integrated systems is essential (e.g. medical devices, wearables, robotics, or embedded systems)
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with signal processing or time-series data is a major plus
