MFPE Position Announcement The Montana Federation of Public Employees (MFPE) seeks a qualified individual to fill the position of Membership Specialist, based in Helena. Qualifications include a high school degree and experience and/or formal training in fields related to job description. Successful applicant should have expertise in database administration and/or record keeping, ability to communicate detailed information to others, both orally and in writing, and strong organizational skills. The position is responsible for maintaining membership, dues, and contribution records for MFPE members, and providing ongoing training and communication with local union leaders regarding membership processes and procedures. This is an associate staff position, responsible to the MFPE executive director. Beginning salary $44,443 and excellent benefits. Some in-state travel is involved. MFPE is a tobacco-free workplace.
