Coverage Period: Aug 4 - Dec 31, 2025 (ASAP pending credentialing)
Clinical Shift Schedule: 8 AM 5 PM, 4 days per week
On-Call Shift Schedule: One weekend per month, 24-hour call coverage
Call Type: Beeper/Phone
Call Ratio: One weekend per month
Adults
Patient Volume/Census: Full clinic schedule; up to 20 inpatients on call weekend
Rounding: On inpatient rehab patients during call weekend
Case Mix: Spasticity management, spinal cord injury, general MSK PM&R, EMG studies

Support Staff Available: RN and MA support in clinic
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: Not specified (ASAP pending credentials)
Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Board Certified in PM&R (American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation)
Provide outpatient physiatry care, including spasticity management and general MSK PM&R
